In the early days of 2022...I received a message on Instagram from someone with the name, Tishmal. This singer and I formed a bond over chatting and connecting on being Indigenous. "Tishmal" meaning Hummingbird, based the song on having a conversation with a Hummingbird whilst fleeing toxicity. This illustrated lyric video was an enjoyable project where I was able to expand on my creativity and be in charge of a bigger project. This lyric video was a lot of fun to illustrate as was working with Tishmal!
